Before WE dispatch our trucks to the Port of Rotterdam to pick up the containers we:
- Contact shipping lines about the ETA's in Rotterdam.
- Hand over B/L when needed.
- Issue our own transit documents. Our act as fiscal representatives.
- Issue a CMR transport document, which have to be signed for receipt of the goods by the consignee.
- Dispatch our own courier daily to the Port of Rotterdam to take care for the distribution of all documents needed.
When everything is in order, we dispatch our drivers to that part of the harbour where we can pick up the container(s). We take care for the deliveries throughout Western Europe.
After stripping/unloading the container(s), we bring the empty container(s) back to the depots of the shipping lines.
